Dr. Mate was raised in Philadelphia, where he attended Temple University for his undergraduate studies. He went on to complete his medical training and graduated from MUA School of Medicine. He also has a master degree from Davenport University with a concentration in healthcare managment. Dr. Mate was the lead doctor for Gabkul Foundation, where he travelled across Central Africa providing medical care to patients in remote areas. This experience shaped his holistic approach to patient care and he gained invaluable skills managing complex conditions and patient cases. With over ten years experience in medical practice, he is our medical director and oversees the clinical operations of Cecilia Medical Center.
